Hope Not Handcuffs is a compassionate, free program that connects individuals to treatment and recovery support services. As a deflection program, FAN partners with public safety and community organizations to provide alternatives to incarceration and increase access to treatment and recovery services. This rack card provides an overview of the three ways individuals can connect to FAN—through the Hope Line, walk-in locations, or online check-in—and is a practical tool for chapters to use at community events, forums, presentations, and with community members.
