Stronger Together Grief Group Rack Card

Stronger Together Grief Support Group offers a safe space for individuals and families who have lost someone to substance use to connect, share, and begin to heal.

These meetings are free, available virtually or in person (depending on location), and promote community, understanding, and hope. Chapters can keep these rack cards on community tables, at FAN Forums, and in stakeholder folders as an important resource to support and promote healing in the community.
