Stronger Together Support Group Rack Card

Stronger Together is a support group for friends and family members of individuals struggling with substance use disorder. Group meetings provide support, practical guidance, useful tools, and real-world insight from others who’ve faced similar challenges. Led by trained group leaders, these sessions help families stay informed, supported, and take steady steps toward greater stability. Meetings are free and available virtually or in person (depending on location).

Chapters can use this rack card at community events, FAN Forums, or in folders for stakeholders to spread awareness of this program and highlight how FAN supports families across all stages of the recovery journey.
